Buckie Elgin Forres Lhanbryde
Celia Smith of Elemental Community Arts ran six vibrant workshops across Moray creating wonderfully coloured carnival costumes, imaginative masks and lanterns, and facilitating messy art and craft sessions with young people from aged 4 to 18 years. On Culture Day Forres 2014, as part of the inaugural Findhorn Bay Arts Festival, a parade of costumes, masks and lanterns took over Grant Park and the street of Forres.
