In the Aerial Classes led by Fly Agaric Performing Arts, you will be predominantly learning Trapeze: working with the ropes and bar, whilst building upper body strength, core and flexibility whilst having fun learning moves, poses and routines!
You will also have the chance to learn the graceful art of Silks, where you will begin by learning the various climbs and progress to more difficult moves.
Beginners classes are open to all, no experience necessary.
Children over 8 are welcome but if under 16 an adult will need to be there during the class.
